The NCAA Tournament is just a few weeks away, and that is the perfect time for draft prospects to increase their stock. Some NBA teams, though, will not be as focused on the tournament, as they know they will have one of the top picks in the draft. The Washington Wizards are part of this group, aiming for a top-three pick, and their big board is more than likely coming together.
