Another boys class D quarterfinal saw Hermon-DeKalb host Harrisville.
1st quarter Noah Friot works off the pick and roll and lays in 2, Green Demons up 2.
At the other end, Eli Sullivan gets the floater to fall, Harrisville down 1.
Back the other way, Hunter Bouchey rips yarn on the 3 ball.
Hermon-DeKalb beats Harrisville 66-40.
Also in the class D quarters, Morristown is entertaining Colton-Pierrepont.
1st quarter Cody Trimm gets the roll on the 3, Colts up 1.
Back the other way, it’s Landen Morrow with the finish on the break, Morristown by 1.
Caleb Butler finishes down low and is fouled.
Morristown beats Colton-Pierrepont 62-44.
NAC boys hockey, it’s a big matchup, Ogdensburg at Potsdam.
In the scrum at the net, Aiden O’Neil jams at the puck, which deflects to Blake Ashley, who finds the hole. 1-0 Blue Devils.
After Jacory Johnson scored for Potsdam, Ashley goes to one knee and, through the screen, finds the hole and puts the Blue Devils back on Top 2-1.
Johnson attacks the slot and fires the wrister past the goaltender. But Ogdensburg still leads 5-3 at the end of the second period.
Tommy Niles sails over the blue line and drifts a shot on goal. Drew Aiken connects on the backhand to make it 6-4 OFA.
O’Neil gets an empty net privilege in the final seconds.
