Celebrity Wheel of Fortune will air at 9 p.m. and 20/20 will air at 1:11 a.m.
DALLAS — “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” and “20/20” will not air at their regularly scheduled time Friday night. “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” will instead air at 9 p.m. “20/20” will air at 1:11 a.m.
WFAA is broadcasting the Dallas Mavericks vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves at 6:30 p.m. The Timberwolves will be hosting the Mavericks at the Target Center.
Unfortunately, Cooper Flagg will miss the team’s first game back from the All-Star break at Minnesota on Friday night with a left midfoot sprain, an injury that kept the No. 1 pick out of the Rising Stars event. Coach Jason Kidd told reporters in Minnesota on Thursday that Flagg was considered day-to-day.
Here’s how to watch the Mavericks on WFAA and our sister station KFAA 29 all season long.
While Thursday night’s game will air on both WFAA and KFAA, dozens of the non-nationally televised Mavericks games will be broadcast over-the-air for free on KFAA. Even if you don’t have a cable provider or streaming service that offers KFAA, you’ll still be able to watch the channel free of charge by using an antenna.
How do I watch the Mavericks on KFAA?
KFAA (Ch. 29) is available on an array of different television providers. If you don’t have a subscription, you can still watch KFAA for free via an HD antenna, which can be purchased via Amazon, Best Buy and other retailers. You can find reviews for the best TV antennas on the market on The New York Times, CNET, Popular Mechanics, and Consumer Product Testing.
Once attached to your television, setting it up is a simple, three-step process.
Push the “menu” or “input” button on your remote.Go to the “channel” or “TV” or “setup” menu optionSelect “scan” or “auto-scan.”
Also, keep in mind the placement of your antenna: Placing it closer to a window should help improve reception if you’re having issues getting a signal.
