The Memphis Grizzlies are signing guard Rayan Rupert to a 10-day contract, according to an ESPN report on Feb. 22.
Rupert, 21, had been waived Feb. 20 by the Portland Trail Blazers, who had taken him in the second round of the 2023 draft.

The 6-foot-7, 205-pounder played 139 games for the Trail Blazers, averaging 3.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists, and spent time with the G League Rip City Remix.
Portland made the move after converting Sidy Cissoko’s two-way contract to a standard deal and needed the roster spot.
The Grizzlies (21-34) are coming off a 136-120 loss to the Miami Heat. They next face the Sacramento Kings on Feb. 23 (7 p.m. CT, FanDuel Sports Network) at FedExForum.
