Player Notes
• Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with a team-high 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting, including three makes from deep, a game-high-tying nine rebounds, two steals and two blocks. This performance marks his 26th 25+ point/5+ rebound showing of the season (155th career), tied with Nikola Jokić for the third-most such games in the NBA. Additionally, tonight was Edwards’ third 25+ point/5+ rebound/2+ steal/2+ block game of the year (16th career).
• Jaden McDaniels finished tonight’s contest with 19 points, six rebounds and a game-high three blocks, marking his third 15+ point/5+ rebounds/3+ block game of the season (eighth career) and his most such games in a single season in his career.
• In 28:13 minutes off action off the bench, Ayo Dosunmu recorded 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting, five rebounds and four assists. This performance marks his sixth 10+ point/5+ rebound performance this season (43rd career) and his first such game with Minnesota.
• With five games with the Timberwolves under his belt, Dosunmu has totaled 61 points and 15 assists. He is just the fourth Timberwolves player to rack up 60+ points/15+ assists in their first five appearances of their Wolves career while coming off the bench and is the first to do so since Marcus Banks’ run from Jan. 30 – Feb. 6, 2006 (68 points, 20 assists).
