The Washington Wizards have brought back former North Carolina standout Leaky Black on a two-way deal, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Black has spent this season with the Capital City Go-Go of the G League, where he has emerged as a versatile producer, averaging 10.1 points, 8.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.8 steals in 35.4 minutes.

The 6-foot-9 wing last appeared in the NBA with Charlotte in 2023-24, logging 26 regular-season games, including three starts. He posted 2.7 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 10.9 minutes per contest for the Hornets.
Black played for North Carolina from 2018-23, appearing in 155 games and starting 133. He averaged 5.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists over five seasons in Chapel Hill and was a key member of UNC’s 2022 run to the national championship game.
