The HEAT and Bucks meet for the second of three regular season matchups. Earlier this season, Miami recorded a, 106-103, win on November 26. The HEAT are 77-57 all time versus Milwaukee during the regular season, including 42-24 in home games and 35-33 in road games.  Kevin Porter Jr. scored 21 points and dished out a game -high 10 assists in Milwaukee’s last game on Sunday, marking his eighth double -double of the season. Porter Jr. is now three double -doubles shy of passing his career -high 10 double -doubles in a season (2021 -22), and it’s just the third time in his career that he’s tallied eight or more double -doubles in a season. Through 30 games this season, Porter Jr. is averaging 17.7 points, a career -high 7.7 assists, 5.0 rebounds and career -best 2.2 steals per game while shooting a career -high 46.3% from the field.  Miami currently has five players averaging at least one steal per game, tying for the second-most players in franchise history to average at least a steal during a single season. Dru Smith is averaging a team-leading 1.44, followed by Norman Powell (1.23), Andrew Wiggins (1.17), Davion Mitchell (1.11) and Bam Adebayo (1.00). Additionally, the HEAT recorded 19 steals vs. New Orleans on January 4, tying for the third-most in franchise history.Â
