On Wednesday, the Toronto Raptors (34-24) host the San Antonio Spurs (41-16) at Scotiabank Arena, and if you’re wondering how to catch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
The Raptors are coming off a 116-107 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday in the first of a two-game homestand. After trailing by 25 points, they managed to tie the game midway through the fourth quarter behind a 30-5 run, but they ran out of gas and fell down the stretch.
RJ Barrett produced 21 points and eight rebounds, while Immanuel Quickley and Ja’Kobe Walter each added 17 points to lead the way. Walter connected on five 3-pointers in the contest, the first time in his two-year career that he has done so off the bench.
The Spurs improved to 9-0 in February after defeating the Detroit Pistons 114-103 on Monday, continuing a nine-game stretch away from San Antonio. Behind their win streak, the group has pulled to within three games of Oklahoma City for first place in the Western Conference.
Devin Vassell led the Spurs with 28 points, Victor Wembanyama tallied 21 points, 17 rebounds and six blocks and Stephon Castle added 16 points and 11 assists. Wembanyama registered his 28th double-double of the season, which ranks fifth-most in the NBA.
