The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Denver Nuggets on Friday. This will be the second matchup of the season between the two squads. Last time, OKC collected a statement win on Feb. 1.
The Thunder (45-15) almost pulled off the seismic upset in their 124-116 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. Down to their C squad, Jaylin Williams had a career-best 30 points and 11 rebounds.
Meanwhile, the Nuggets (37-22) collected a 103-84 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. Nikola Jokic had a high-volume 30 points and 12 rebounds.
The Thunder will be without an All-NBA player. Jalen Williams (hamstring strain) is out. Ajay Mitchell (abdominal strain, ankle sprain) is out. Branden Carlson (back strain) is out. Thomas Sorber (torn ACL) is out.
Meanwhile, the Nuggets continue to be plagued by injuries. Jamal Murray (illness) is questionable. Aaron Gordon (hamstring strain) is out. Peyton Watson (hamstring strain) is out. Julian Strawther (toe sprain) is probable. Jalen Pickett (knee soreness) is questionable. Spencer Jones (shoulder strain) is questionable. Tamar Bates (foot surgery) is out. Curtis Jones (G League two-way) is out.
