San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper and Charlotte Hornets guard Kon Knueppel have been named the NBA Western and Eastern Conference Rookies of the Month for February.
Harper joined Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle as the only Spurs players to win in the last 20 years after averaging 12.5 points, 4.9 assists and 3.9 rebounds while shooting 55.7% from the field in 10 games. He ranked second among all rookies in assists (49).

The No. 2 overall pick finished in double figures eight times during the month, including a 17-point performance on Feb. 19 in a win over the Phoenix Suns.
Knueppel led all first-year players in scoring in February, averaging 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and one steal on 48.5% shooting from 3-point range across 11 appearances. He is the first player in franchise history to win the award four times.
The fourth overall pick on Thursday set the record for most 3-pointers in a season by a rookie, surpassing the previous mark of 206 by Keegan Murray. He is the only player in the league to make 200 or more 3s this season (211).

Utah Jazz forward Ace Bailey, Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg and Sacramento Kings center Maxime Raynaud were also nominated for the award in the West. Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe and Washington Wizards forward Will Riley were among the East nominees.
