Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets ($10,700)
The reigning MVP and potential 2025-26 MVP is an obvious choice for Monday’s DFS slate. This isn’t expected to be a blowout where Gilgeous-Alexander sits the fourth quarter, so he’ll play enough to garner a ton of fantasy points. He’s not a triple-double player, but he still provides goodies in all facets of the game. The last time he faced Denver, he had 36 points, nine assists, three rebounds, two blocks, two steals and 60.8 FPTS. The other matchup, which also was a victory, was 65.8 FPTS, 34 points, 13 assists, five rebounds, two steals and one block.
Other Options: Donovan Mitchell ($9,700), James Harden ($9,400), Jalen Brunson ($9,100), Jamal Murray ($8,900), VJ Edgecombe ($7,100), Kelly Oubre Jr. ($6,400)
Value
Christian Braun, Denver Nuggets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder ($5,300)
Braun isn’t going to pop off for 50 FPTS, but he’s consistent and plays a lot of minutes. He’s played 31, 40, 32, 38 and 45 minutes in his last five games. Just being on the floor that much with Nikola Jokic will get him 20+ FPTS. If he reaches his ceiling of 40+, we’ve struck gold.
Other Options: Cam Spencer ($4,800), Walter Clayton Jr. ($4,600), Cody Williams ($4,600)

Stud
Kawhi Leonard, Los Angeles Clippers vs. New York Knicks ($9,800)
Leonard isn’t the most versatile fantasy player because he doesn’t get that many assists, but his consistent points and steals make up for that. He’s averaging 27.9 points on 49.7% from the field, while adding 6.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 steals per game. One may worry about facing OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges, but Leonard doesn’t seem to see defenders—just the bucket.
Other Options: Evan Mobley ($8,400), Kyle Filipowski ($7,800), OG Anunoby ($6,900), Kelly Oubre Jr. ($6,400), Josh Hart ($6,300)
Value
Noah Clowney, Brooklyn Nets vs. Memphis Grizzlies ($5,200)
The past three games have been eye-opening for Clowney. He’s played increased minutes and is getting more shots up. The FPTS are naturally following. This trend should continue against the Grizzlies who rank 10th in pace and 20th in defensive rating. Furthermore, Michael Porter Jr. is still out, which puts Clowney in a more offensive-centric role again.
Other Options: Jaylin Williams ($5,700), Draymond Green ($5,600), Derrick Jones Jr. ($5,000), Cam Spencer ($4,800)

Stud
Nikola Jokic, Denver Nuggets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder ($12,400)
It may not be possible to have Jokic and Gilgeous-Alexander in the same lineup, but both players are excellent additions. Jokic is the greatest fantasy player of our generation and continues to put up ridiculous stat lines like it’s nothing. Not reaching 60 FPTS is a bust for him, and he’s capable of surpassing 100 FPTS like he did on Christmas.
Other Options: Karl-Anthony Towns ($8,600), Evan Mobley ($8,400), Kyle Filipowski ($7,800)
Value
Jaylin Williams, Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets ($5,700)
Williams could be in prime position for another great game. Jalen Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein are still out, and Chet Holmgren is questionable, so Jaylin Williams could be the starting center once again. That’s great news for fantasy players as he surpassed 50 FPTS twice in three games when given 30+ minutes in the past six contests. The one time he didn’t reach 50, he had 31 FPTS, which is still solid.
Other Options: Adem Bona ($4,200), Isaiah Jackson ($3,900)
