MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office is partnering with the Memphis Grizzlies to host an expungement clinic.
The Erase & Elevate Expungement Clinic and Community Resource Fair will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at FedExForum.
The event is free and open to the public, with the FedExForum garage available for free parking.
The clerk’s office said its expungement clinics have led to 10,000 charges cleared since 2018.
The event is in recognition of Second Chance Month.
“Second Chance Month reminds us that everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward,” said Criminal Court Clerk Heidi Kuhn. “Through our Erase & Elevate clinics, we are not only helping individuals clear eligible charges—we are working alongside our partners to remove barriers, restore dignity, and create real pathways to stability and success.”
