CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Cavaliers have officially clinched a spot in the 2026 NBA Playoffs.
The team locked up a postseason spot following a 118-111 victory over the Golden State Warriors on April 2.
The postseason begins the weekend of April 18. This marks the franchise’s fourth consecutive playoff appearance and the 26th in team history.
HOW TO PURCHASE CAVS PLAYOFF TICKETS
The Cavaliers say tickets for Round 1 home games at Rocket Arena will be released in phases:
Cavs United Members: Monday, April 6 at 10 a.m. Cavs Rewards Account Holders who have linked a credit or debit card): Monday, April 6 at 12 p.m. All Cavs Rewards members: Tuesday, April 7 at 10 a.m. General public: Tuesday, April 7 at 12 p.m.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of six per transaction, according to the team. Distribution will be handled through SeatGeek, the Cavaliers’ official ticketing partner.
Fans can gain early access either through a paid Cavs United membership or by signing up for a free Cavs Rewards account and linking a payment method, the team said.

PLAYOFF FORMAT, TICKET DETAILS
Each round of the NBA playoffs follows a best-of-seven format (2-2-1-1-1), with four potential home games in the first round labeled Games A through D.
The Cavaliers noted that if certain games are not played, such as Games C or D, ticket purchases for those matchups will be refunded.
