The home on Mountainbrook Cove has been listed for $3.5 million.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An Eads, Tennessee, home linked to Memphis Grizzlies All-Star Ja Morant has been listed for sale.

The home, located on Mountainbrook Cove, has been listed for $3.5 million. The home is nearly 14,000 square feet and reportedly features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Shelby County documents show that former Grizzlies forward Kyle Anderson previously owned the home. It was sold for $3.05 million in 2022, the same year that Morant signed a nearly $200 million contract with the Grizzlies.

Morant’s future with the Memphis Grizzlies is uncertain. Trade talks surrounding him emerged in January and intensified as the February 5 trade deadline approached.

Morant ultimately remained with the Grizzlies after no team reportedly made a “serious offer” for him.

Injuries and a one-game suspension have derailed Morant’s 2025-2026 season. He’s been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering an elbow injury during the January 21 home game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Morant has averaged 19.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 8.1 assists across 20 games this season.Â
