The Phoenix star was previously suspended in February after picking up his 16th technical foul this season.
Dillon Brooks will be dealing with another one-game suspension from the NBA upon picking up his 18th technical foul of the season on the Phoenix Suns’ 120-110 Sunday victory against the Chicago Bulls.
If ever the NBA won’t rescind it, this would mark the second time that Brooks would be suspended this 2025-26 upon reaching the league’s technical foul limit.
Brooks went at it against Mac McClung, as the officials assessed them with double technical fouls during the 7:24 mark of regulation.
Brooks, who just recently rejoined the Suns after missing over a month of play due to a left hand fracture, dropped 15 points and four rebounds to help the Suns win.
The NBA first suspended Brooks in February after reaching his 16th technical foul of the season. Per league rules, two more penalties will result in an automatic game suspension.
The Suns will play against the Houston Rockets for their 79th game of the season on Tuesday.
