The Kings star surpassed Oscar Robertson to claim the 16th place in the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
After surpassing Dominique Wilkins earlier this week, DeMar DeRozan has taken another major step in the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
On Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers, DeRozan officially moved into the league’s No. 16 place in most career points ever.
He surpassed the legendary Oscar Robertson with a mid-range shot over Derrick Jones Jr. during the 7:41 mark of the first quarter.
Up next for DeRozan is Hakeem Olajuwon, as the Houston Rockets legend scored a career 26,946 points.
Appearing in 76 games, DeRozan is averaging 18.6 points in nearly 50 percent shooting with 4.2 assists and 3.0 rebounds.
