It’s over 360 days until the next NCAA Tournament Men’s Basketball Final Four, but the betting services are already providing betting odds for the favorites.
The Duke Blue Devils opened as the favorite to win it all in 2027, according to DraftKings Sportsbook at 9:48 p.m. ET/8:48 p.m. CT on Monday, April 6. Duke is +800 (bet $100 to win $800) to win it all next season. Duke last won the NCAA Tournament in 2015.
The Illinois Fighting Illini, which reached this year’s Final Four, is among the top 10 favorites to cut down the nets in Detroit. Illinois is +1800 (bet $100 to win $1,800), as are the Houston Cougars and Arkansas Razorbacks.
The rest of the top 10 favorites to win it all next season are Michigan (+1200), Florida (+1400), Arizona (+1500), Michigan State (+1600), Kansas (+1600), and UConn (+2000).
Nearby Missouri is at +5000 (bet $100 to win $5,000), tied with UCLA and the Tennessee Vols for the 19th-best odds.
The 2027 NCAA Final Four is scheduled to be held at Ford Field in Detroit on April 3 and 5.
