As the Chicago Bulls fired up a front office shakeup on Monday by cutting ties with Arturas Karnisovas and Marc Eversley, some early candidates are already getting linked to the job. One of the first names linked to the Bulls’ front office opening is the former Philadelphia 76ers sharpshooter, Kyle Korver.
According to NBC Sports, Korver is among an early pool of candidates, which includes his front office partner Landry Fields, Golden State Warriors GM Mike Dunleavy, Minnesota Timberwolves GM Matt Lloyd, and a prominent agent, Austin Brown from CAA.
What Happened With The Bulls’ Front Office?

Years after Marc Eversley left the Sixers to join Karnisovas, the Bulls decided to cut ties with the duo.
The decision comes as the Bulls sit 12th in the Eastern Conference with a 29-49 record. It’s clear that Chicago was firing up a rebuild at the 2026 NBA trade deadline, selling off some of their top expiring talent. But Eversley and Karnisovas won’t be there to steer the ship amid the reset.
Kyle Korver Might Get A Look

Sixers fans know Kyle Korver well. His successful playing career started in Philadelphia.
In 2003, Korver landed with the Sixers coming out of Creighton. He was a 51st overall pick by the New Jersey Nets, but was traded to Philadelphia.
After spending five seasons in Philadelphia, Korver landed with the Utah Jazz, where he spent four years of his career. He had a two-year run with the Chicago Bulls, before getting a five-season stint with the Atlanta Hawks.
Korver’s career finished with two years on the Cleveland Cavaliers, and one season on the Milwaukee Bucks.
It wouldn’t be long after the 2019-2020 season when Korver called it a career. He went into a player development role with the Brooklyn Nets in 2021. In the following year, he joined the Hawks’ front office. Since 2023, Korver has served as the Hawks’ assistant general manager.
A promotion could be in line for Korver, whether it’s in Chicago, Atlanta, or another future vacancy. With the Hawks’ GM potentially getting a look from the Bulls, that could create an opening in Atlanta. But if the Bulls want to take a look at Korver, it should be a move the former sharpshooter considers.
