Cade Cunningham could return for the Detroit Pistons‘ home finale.

The All-Star guard, who has missed 11 straight games since he suffered a collapsed left lung, was listed as questionable on the Pistons’ injury report Tuesday, April 7, ahead of their final home game of the season, against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday (7 p.m., FanDuel Sports Network Detroit).

Isaiah Stewart, who has missed 13 in a row with a left calf strain, was also listed as questionable. It’s the first time the duo have been upgraded to questionable since suffering their respective injuries. But the Pistons (57-22) have continued to win without them, and appear to be finishing the regular season with momentum.

They officially clinched the No. 1 seed in the East with their 116-93 road win Saturday over the Philadelphia 76ers, and have won eight of 11 games since Cunningham’s injury March 17 against the Washington Wizards. They’re coming off of a road loss to the Orlando Magic on Monday, when they were missing Tobias Harris, Caris LeVert and Duncan Robinson. The three veterans will be back against Milwaukee.

The Bucks are coming off of a back-to-back against the Brooklyn Nets and have been without Giannis Antetokounmpo for several weeks. It’s all but certain that Antetokounmpo, who hasn’t played since March 15, will also miss Wednesday’s game. Flint native Kyle Kuzma (right Achilles tendinopathy), Bobby Portis (left wrist sprain), Ryan Rollins (left hip strain), Gary Trent Jr. (left hip pointer), Myles Turner (left hip sprain) and Kevin Porter Jr. (right knee synovitis) all missed Tuesday’s game in Brooklyn.

After Wednesday, the Pistons conclude the regular season with a two-game road trip against the Charlotte Hornets (on Friday), and Indiana Pacers (on Sunday).

The NBA playoffs begin April 18, and the Pistons are likely to open on April 19, against the East’s 8-seed, to be determined in next week’s play-in tournament.

Possibly. The Pistons’ superstar has been upgraded to questionable for the first time since suffering a collapsed left lung on March 17.

Pistons vs Bucks prediction

Omari Sankofa II, Detroit Free Press: The Bucks are mired in Antetokounmpo-related controversy, coming off of a back-to-back against the Brooklyn Nets and have little incentive to win. The Pistons may be fully healthy for the first time in nearly a month. At home, this should be a win. The pick: Pistons 128, Bucks 110.
