LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – Fred Hoiberg has his first addition of the transfer portal window.
Belmont transfer Sam Orme committed to Nebraska on Thursday.
The 6-foot-9, 220lb forward was one of the most coveted shooters on the transfer market. Orme scored 12.7 points and 5 rebounds while shooting 39.7% from three-point range last season.
Orme primarily played power forward for the
Bruins during their 26-6 season, but is capable of playing a variety of positions.
The move comes one day after Berke Buyuktuncel announced his intention to enter the transfer portal.
