Milwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis recently sold his Milwaukee condominium for nearly $1.5 million, according to state records.

The 6,000-square-foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to real estate listings, and is located in a 19-year-old building in Milwaukee’s Yankee Hill neighborhood and adjacent to the Lower East Side neighborhood.

The condo was sold to Ximena Alarcon-Schweitz, president of Oconomowoc-based Premold Corp.

Portis, 31, joined the Bucks as a free agent in 2020 and was a key member of the 2020-21 World Championship team.

Last year, Portis re-signed with the Bucks on a three-year, $44 million contract. He has a salary of $13.4 million this season and is set to make $14.5 million for the 2026-27 season, according to Spotrac. His contract includes a player option of $15.6 million for the 2027-28 season, should he exercise it. He will be an unrestricted free agent after the 2027-28 season.

The Bucks have struggled this season, will miss the playoffs and will finish the season with their first losing record since the 2015-16 season. For months Bucks star player Giannis Antetokounmpo has been the subject of trade rumors by national media covering the NBA.

Portis has been an active member of the Milwaukee community during his time with the Bucks. Last year, he joined the board of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. He has also participated in public service announcements for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s campaign to prevent reckless driving.
