MURRAY, KY — After spending his first three years with Belmont, Brigham Rogers has officially transferred to Murray State.

The 6’9 forward chose Murray State after receiving interest from schools like Kansas State, Xavier, South Florida and a few others.

This past season at Belmont, Rogers averaged 7.1 points per game and 3.9 rebounds per game while shooting 72.5% from the floor (#1 in MVC) in just over 18 minutes a game.

Rogers season high in scoring and rebounding came against Fisk back in November, scoring 17 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.

Coming off the bench for 20 out of the 32 games this past season, Rogers also earned “All-Bench Honors” for the Missouri Valley Conference.

Head coach, Ryan Miller, was certainly happy with this addition as he took to social media quickly after the announcement.

“Tonight on the Racer Menu…my favorite… leftovers. 72% from the field last year for #1 in MVC play. Brigham was in the 99th percentile in offensive efficiency (including passes via Synergy) in all of NCAA Division I. #GoRacers
