In a nerve-racking overtime crunch time in Houston, the Los Angeles Lakers dismantled the Rockets with a 112-108 Game 3 win of their best-of-seven first-round series in the 2026 NBA Playoffs.

Securing a commanding 3-0 series lead, the Lakers are now one win away from sweeping the Rockets and advancing to the Western Conference Semifinals.

The Lakers were on the cusp of delivering a 15-point lead choke job in Game 3, until LeBron James drained a clutch trey to tie it at 101 with 13.1 seconds left in regulation.

The Lakers went on to own the overtime, sending the Rockets to the cusp of elimination.
