Here’s what the big man had to say after the game when he was asked about it.

I still played as hard as I could.

I tried to give, you know, give us a better chance to win.

so, you know, I look at myself and, you know, I gotta be better.
maybe, I gotta go to church more, so I don’t have, you know, those type of days right before the playoffs.

Maybe I’m cursed.
I don’t know.
maybe Philadelphia’s cursed.
I love Joel saying, “Maybe I gotta spend more time in church.”

Plenty of sports fans probably should spend more time in church.
All right, so Embiid joking there, but maybe there’s some truth to it.
Embiid actually on target or on something here about himself saying Philly is being cursed.
