LINCOLN, Neb (WOWT) – Former Nebraska forward Rienk Mast has signed his first NBA contract.
According to a social media post from the Huskers, Mast signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Indiana Pacers. It is an NBA training camp contract that pays a one-year, non-guaranteed minimum salary unless converted into a two-way contract.
Mast was named one of 10 players on the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Midseason List for 2025-26. He averaged 13.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists in his final season of college basketball, one year removed from a devastating knee injury that prevented him from playing in 2024-25.
Mast played in 34 games last year and was instrumental in Nebraska’s run to the Sweet 16, which included its first NCAA Tournament wins over Troy and Vanderbilt.
The Pacers signed former Husker guard Keisei Tominaga, a teammate of Mast’s for the 2023-24 season, to an Exhibit 10 contract after the 2024 NBA Draft. He has spent time playing for the franchise’s G League affiliate, the Indiana Mad Ants, and on the Pacers’ summer league roster in 2025.
