The Indiana Pacers did it again on Thursday night as they continued their incredible run in these playoffs. Trailing the Oklahoma City Thunder by 15 in the fourth quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals on the road, the Pacers once again dug deep and rallied to win it 111-110 thanks to the heroics of Tyrese Haliburton.

Haliburton pulled up for a mid-range jumper and drilled it with 0.3 seconds left to give Indiana its only lead on the night. The win was the fifth for the Pacers when trailing by 15-plus in this postseason and they are now three wins away from the franchise’s first NBA title.

Philadelphia 76ers rookie Jared McCain served as a player correspondent for Game 1 of the finals and he had a crazy reaction to Haliburton’s shot. Quite honestly, the Sixers guard probably had a similar reaction to all of Indiana.

Haliburton and the Pacers will look for a 2-0 series lead before the series shifts to Indianapolis. The Thunder have been the best team in the league all season so it will be interesting to see how they bounce back in Game 2 on Sunday.
