The season wasn\u2019t so Precious for Mr. Achiuwa.<\/p>\n

Even as he spent much of the campaign as the Knicks\u2019 top frontcourt reserve, the power forward\u2019s playing time was sporadic, then nonexistent in the playoffs.<\/p>\n

It was a symptom of Tom Thibodeau never really trusting Achiuwa, an issue that went back to the 2023-24 season and carried over through a clunky reunion<\/a> because cap restrictions compelled a re-signing for this past season.<\/p>\n
