T&#8217;Wolves <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph sections-franchises \">T\u2019Wolves and Lynx CEO Ethan Casson and COO Ryan Tanke are \u201cstepping down from their roles, the biggest front-office changes so far as the organization prepares to enter a new era\u201d under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/04\/02\/report-twolves-lynx-sale-to-lore-rodriguez-to-be-completed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">new ownership led by Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore<\/a>. The two leaders, who have spent more than 20 years combined with the organizations, announced their plans to step down \u201cin a joint letter sent to staff members\u201d Friday. Neither announced plans for \u201cwhere they will go next,\u201d and the new ownership team \u201chas not publicly identified any possible successors for their roles.\u201d Casson &#8212; a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Journal\/Issues\/2014\/03\/10\/Forty-Under-40\/Ethan-Casson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2014 SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree<\/a> &#8212; has served as CEO since 2016, while Tanke has been COO since 2019 and was CRO for seven years before that.
