The two are now set to play the first Game 7 in an NBA Finals series since 2016, when the LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Golden State Warriors 93-89 in Game 7 to win the Larry O’Brien Trophy.<\/p>\n

Indy continues to surprise viewers (and Vegas), having notched the team’s 10th postseason win as an underdog in Game 6. The Pacers were +500 underdogs to win the Finals ahead of Game 1 against the heavily favored Thunder (-700).<\/p>\n
MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander continues to dominate the postseason, averaging 30.5 points per game in this Finals series, along with Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren at the center of it all.<\/p>\n
Ahead of Game 6, Pacers fans were sweating out the status of star point guard Tyrese Haliburton, who’d suffered a calf injury in Game 5. After several days of treatment, Haliburton was able to go, and he produced a strong outing on the way to a dominant 108-91 win.<\/p>\n
Haliburton will play again Sunday in what should be a thrilling conclusion to a historic finals run.<\/p>\n
