For the Golden State Warriors, the focus now turns to a critical piece of their puzzle. With free agency looming, Jonathan Kuminga\u2019s situation is becoming one of the more intriguing storylines that could set the tone for the Warriors\u2019 entire summer.<\/p>\n

In a recent press conference, Warriors’ General Manager, Mike Dunleavy, shared his thoughts on Kuminga’s free agency and what he would like from the deal. At 6-foot-7 and just 22 years old, Kuminga averaged 15.3 points<\/a>, 4.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists last season while shooting 45.4% from the field. His three-point shot still needs work (30.5%), but he\u2019s a force at the rim, finishing an impressive 71.6%<\/a> in the restricted area.<\/p>\n

If Sacramento were to land him, he\u2019d instantly be the youngest player on their roster, even younger than their recent draft pick, Nique Clifford. While it\u2019s becoming clear the Kings are targeting young, high-upside players this offseason, will they be able to land Kuminga? Only time will tell.<\/p>\n
