Emanuel Miller is returning to the Chicago Bulls on a two-way contract, the team announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Miller joined the Bulls midway through the 2024-25 season and played mostly for the Windy City Bulls. The forward averaged 16.5 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 25 games for the team\u2019s G League affiliate.<\/p>\n
He made his NBA debut March 4 and played six games with the Bulls over the final stretch of the season, tallying 10 points and eight rebounds in 25 minutes.<\/p>\n
Teams can carry up to three players on two-way contracts, which allow players to split time between the G League and NBA. Only players with three or fewer years of NBA service are eligible for the deals, which allow for developing young talent. Two-way deals don\u2019t count against the salary cap.<\/p>\n
Free agency opened Monday, and the Bulls so far have reached agreements to trade Lonzo Ball to the Cleveland Cavaliers<\/a> for forward Isaac Okoro and re-sign point guard Tre Jones<\/a> to a three-year deal.
