Austin Rivers has seen a change in reporting style and attitude from ESPN NBA insider Brian Windhorst. He also has an idea about what triggered that change.<\/p>\n
Windhorst\u2019s perceived change was a topic of conversation for Rivers on his Off Guard Podcast.<\/p>\n
\u201cI will say this about Windy, he went from being basketball insider to suddenly now he\u2019s up there talking a little bit,\u201d Rivers said<\/a>. \u201cHe\u2019s giving some hot takes. He\u2019s talking some trash a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n Rivers thinks it was LeBron James\u2019 criticism<\/a> of Windhorst that sparked the change.<\/p>\n \u201cThe LeBron thing, turning on him has affected him,\u201d Rivers said. \u201cIt\u2019s now made him be like, \u2018F**k y\u2019all.\u2019 You know what I\u2019m saying? Like, he was all in, Team LeBron. And he can deny it, that\u2019s just what he was. He was known for many things and being the insider of basketball.
