The highlights for Luka Doncic<\/a> as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a> are piling up.<\/p>\n

Midway through the second quarter, Doncic caught the ball in the corner while defended by Milwaukee Bucks<\/a> guard AJ Green<\/a>. The shot clock began to wind down, prompting Doncic to take one dribble to his left and step back for a one-legged 3-pointer.<\/p>\n

The Lakers bench reacted accordingly as Markieff Morris<\/a> looked ahead while shaking his head in disbelief.<\/p>\n

Doncic’s 3-pointer capped a 10-0 Los Angeles run and marked his 26th point of the half. It also wasn’t the only highlight of the contest.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the quarter, Bucks center Jericho Sims<\/a> received a dime from Damian Lillard<\/a>on an alley-oop dunk.<\/p>\n

Lillard floated the ball up for Sims, who skied above Lakers guard Jordan Goodwin<\/a> to slam it home. It prompted a surprised reaction from Bucks starGiannis Antetokounmpo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Bucks headed into halftime with a 71-63<\/a> lead against the Lakers. Doncic had 29 points, the most in a first half by a Lakers player since Kobe Bryant in 2009, according to ESPN Research.<\/p>\n
