With Iowa basketball in its first offseason under new head coach Ben McCollum, the Hawkeyes received a significant impact to the team’s immediate future on Saturday afternoon as 2026 four-star power forward recruit Trey Thompson announced his commitment to the Hawkeyes.<\/p>\n
