NBAE via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Their only two wins of the series have come at the Mecca.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKnowing that it\u2019s gonna be a hostile environment, knowing that it\u2019s gonna be a tough win, and everybody being locked in,\u201d Cunningham said of Madison Square Garden. \u201cWhen our backs are against the wall, we\u2019re better. We play better, we\u2019re more together. Playing with a full arena, a bunch of people booing you, that\u2019s everything you dream of.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the regular season, the Pistons had the same exact 22-19 record at home and on the road.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur guys, as crazy as it sounds, they feed off of it,\u201d Pistons coach J.B. Bickerstaff said of playing on the road. \u201cThey feed off the energy of the opponent\u2019s crowd, talking s\u2013t, making noise. They embrace the chaos and they\u2019re comfortable there. Not everybody is that way. Some people need the support of their home crowd and all sorts of things.
