Texas\u2019 splashiest celebrity mansion \u2014 with the state\u2019s, and possibly the country\u2019s, largest private residential water park \u2014 is back on the market for $16.5 million, The Post can reveal.<\/p>\n
Since 2009, this 53-acre estate located in the San Antonio suburb of Boerne has served as the US address of French-American NBA star Tony Parker. Now, the retired San Antonio Spurs point guard and six-time NBA All-Star is ready to part with the 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom, 13,300-square-foot mansion he poured his personality into.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy vision was to build something where I can host my family and my friends, and create memories,\u201d Parker told The Post. \u201cI like to host and when my friends come from France, you know it\u2019s a long flight, so I wanted a place where they can come for long stays.\u201d<\/p>\n

The water park is marvelous, and required nearly 60,000 man hours of construction to complete. Leonardo Lopes<\/p>\n
The result was a private resort nestled within the secure gated community Anaqua Springs Ranch. For a little extra peace of mind, Parker added a double gate and a guardhouse to the entrance of the Spanish-style manse, fronted by a fountain and formal courtyard.<\/p>\n
But while it\u2019s all business up front, there\u2019s a party in the back.<\/p>\n
Parker tapped Texas\u2019 prolific pool progenitor Keith Zars \u2014 the man behind the water at Six Flags Fiesta Texas \u2014 to masterplan his 316,000-gallon, eight-pool personal water park. The construction took 59,000 man hours, 2,100 yards of concrete and 130,000 pounds of steel.<\/p>\n
\u201c[Parker] was in Dubai when he saw a waterslide and came back with a whole bunch of ideas,\u201d said Erwin Nicholas II, the founder of local brokerage Mr. Real Estate, which is marketing the home. \u201cHe got his pool engineers together and what you see is what they built.\u201d<\/p>\n
That conversation resulted in a mountain, grottos, six different slides \u2014 including a \u201cfree fall\u201d slide and a \u201cspinner\u201d slide \u2014 a 35-foot-high jumping ledge with 15 feet of water below, three Jacuzzis, water cannons, a lazy river and floating lily pads to run across, if you dare.<\/p>\n
Elsewhere on the grounds there\u2019s a four-bedroom guest house, a greenhouse, a fruit orchard, an eight-car climate-controlled garage, a tennis court and a sand volleyball court.<\/p>\n

Parker, who\u2019s on the board of the San Antonio Zoo, said he had planned to add a menagerie of animals to his personal playground \u2014 a dream that was never realized. However, he did re-create the gates from \u201cJurassic Park\u201d as the entrance to the golf cart path at the back end of the property in anticipation. <\/p>\n
Today, the only reptile to be found is \u201cBulldozer,\u201d his pet tortoise, who boasts his own private quarters.<\/p>\n
Asked if Bulldozer is a part of the deal \u2014 which would set a neighborhood record if the property sells at ask \u2014 Nicholas said that \u201ceverything is negotiable.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cA lot of people say this is a party house,\u201d added Parker, who has two children and was married to actress Eva Longoria while building the residence. \u201cBut it was really a family house. I just wanted to create a safe place for my family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the house has hosted some epic events, including Spurs champions parties, a Hall of Fame party and Parker\u2019s jersey retirement party \u2014 not to mention a Nelly concert. But today, Parker is largely across the pond as the majority owner of the French professional basketball team LDLC ASVEL, and isn\u2019t able to enjoy the home like he used to.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe made so many memories,\u201d Parker said.<\/p>\n
Inside, things are every bit as unforgettable. <\/p>\n
There\u2019s a chef\u2019s kitchen, a 1,500-bottle wine room, a cinema with stadium seating, twin offices and a trophy room accessed by a fingerprint scanner.<\/p>\n
But the most dramatic space is the 5,922-square-foot gym designed as a Spurs-themed half court (the other half of the court is a vast gaming arcade). And to inspire a super workout, the gym is filled with 36 life-size Marvel and DC superheroes and villains.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt started because my friends and brothers never know what to buy me for Christmas or my birthday,\u201d said Parker. \u201cI was given one statue and then a collection just happened.\u201d<\/p>\n
The collection was even loaned out for an exhibition at the San Antonio Museum of Art.<\/p>\n

But as with any one-of-a-kind item, a house like this requires a one-of-a-kind buyer. The home has been on and off the market over the years with various brokers \u2014 as recently as 2024 \u2014 without finding a new owner. <\/p>\n
But Nicholas thinks he\u2019s found a unique solution for selling a unicorn. He brought in internet personality Kai Cenat \u2014 the second-most-followed Twitch streamer with 18.1 million followers \u2014 to live stream and \u201cactivate\u201d the home for the entire month of July.<\/p>\n
