While, there is a super team in the league currently, Livingston still believes it\u2019s easily possible for one to return.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">No, I don\u2019t think it\u2019s necessarily over. I think the rules incentivize teams, you know\u2026 for there to be more parity throughout the NBA. You know, I don\u2019t think, you know, the days of dynasties or teams winning multiple championships are over.
