The team confirmed the signing in a press release (via <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Magic_PR\/status\/1948894291293848002\" rel=\"nofollow\">Twitter<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Cain played 37 games for the Pelicans last season, averaging 5.3 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. He spent the previous two seasons with the Heat after going undrafted in the 2022 draft. Over 44 games in Miami, Cain averaged 4.4 points and 2 rebounds while shooting 49% from the field and 35.5% from three.<\/p>\n<p>After previously <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopsrumors.com\/2025\/07\/magic-sign-orlando-robinson-to-two-way-contract.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">signing<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/r\/robinor01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.hoopsrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2025-07-25_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Orlando Robinson<\/a> to a two-way deal, the Magic have one more two-way spot open.
