It was a wild scene outside of TD Garden after the Knicks beat the Celtics, 91-90, for a 2-0 series lead<\/a> in the Eastern Conference semifinals on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

Multiple brawls broke out in the street as police officers attempted to separate rival fans, as seen in videos posted to social media.<\/p>\n

One Celtics fan, who was wearing a Paul Pierce jersey, was see punching another man clad in a John Starks jersey on the ground.<\/p>\n

The Knicks fan eventually got up and walked away with a bloody face.<\/p>\n

A police officer put his hand on the man\u2019s shoulder and appeared to guide him away from the melee.<\/p>\n

Multiple police officers detained a man on the ground who was wearing a No. 11 Jalen Brunson jersey, as seen in another video.<\/p>\n

\u201cBack up!\u201d one officer was heard yelling.<\/p>\n

The fights occurred outside of a CVS Pharmacy on Causeway St., which is adjacent to the Celtics\u2019 arena at 100 Legends Way.<\/p>\n

These brawls came after an arena employee called security<\/a> to remove some Knicks faithful who stayed inside the arena to cheer on their team after the final buzzer.<\/p>\n

Tensions were clearly higher after Knicks rallied back from a 20-point deficit to steal Game 1 in overtime, 108-105, at TD Garden on Monday \u2014 and they did it again in Game 2.<\/p>\n
