Tyrese Haliburton got the injury during the early Game 7 of the NBA<\/a> Finals. He underwent surgery on June 23 at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He had a great postseason, with great performances and stat lines. However, the Achilles\u2019 injury ended his game. Recently, he posted on Instagram, stating that he misses playing: \u201cI miss basketball\u2026\u201dHe further wrote a few days ago on Instagram: \u201cAnd honestly, right now, torn Achilles and all, I don\u2019t regret it. I\u2019d do it again, and again after that, to fight for this city and my brothers. For the chance to do something special.\u201dMeanwhile, Kevin Pritchard, president of basketball operations for the Indiana Pacers<\/a>, stated at a press conference that he is confident the player will return stronger than before. He further said: \u201cHe will not play next year, though. We would not jeopardize that now.
