The Pacers wasted no time asserting control, outscoring Cleveland 38-23 in the first quarter and riding that momentum through a blistering 42-point second period. The Cavaliers, unable to recover from the early blow, were left playing catch-up for the remainder of the night.<\/p>\n

Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner lead the chargePascal Siakam<\/a> turned in a stellar performance, finishing with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists in just 21 minutes. He was closely followed by Myles Turner, who added 20 points and 7 rebounds, commanding the paint on both ends.<\/p>\n

Obi Toppin also stepped up in a big way, contributing 20 points and 5 rebounds off the bench, while Ben Sheppard made the most of his minutes with 14 points. T.J. McConnell added 13 points and 8 assists, keeping the offense fluid and aggressive.<\/p>\n

The Cavaliers did well at the free throw line (87.5% on 35-of-40) but Indiana\u2019s defensive intensity\u2014highlighted by more blocks and steals\u2014helped offset the shooting disparity.<\/p>\n

It was a physical game with a combined 55 fouls called (28 on the Pacers, 27 on the Cavaliers), adding to the chippy playoff atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The Pacers’ bench depth, rebounding, and high-energy ball movement proved to be the difference in Game 4.
