In his quest to win more NBA championships than former teammate Kobe Bryant<\/a> , Shaquille O\u2019Neal joined the Miami Heat<\/a> to be coached by the great Pat Riley<\/a> .<\/p>\n

In 3 and a half seasons, the Diesel fulfilled his promise of winning a championship when he and the young franchise star Dwyane Wade<\/a> combined to lift the 2006 edition of the Larry O\u2019Bri
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ten Trophy.<\/p>\n

The following season, the Heat endured a disappointing run after O\u2019Neal struggled with injury. When he returned, Wade\u2019s injury compounded matters, and they became the 1st champions in 50 years to be swept in the 1st round.<\/p>\n

The next season, the Big Aristotle again struggled with injury and poor form. At one point, Pat Riley<\/a> believed his center was faking injuries to avoid playing.<\/p>\n

Then, in February 2008, Shaquille O\u2019Neal\u2019s relationship with the Godfather came to a critical juncture, as he revealed on the Straight Game Podcast.<\/p>\n

Jason Williams<\/a> came half a second late, and he was like, \u2018Hey man, you need to get out.\u2019 And I told him, \u2018Nah, he\u2019s not getting out.\u2019 Then he said, \u2018Well, you get out,\u2019 and I said, \u2018(Expletive), put me out.\u2019 So we got into a little scuffle, and the next day I was traded. <\/p>\n

Shaquille O\u2019Neal revealed<\/p>\n

The 4-time champion was standing up for a tardy Jason Williams.
