Wolf he\u2019s not your typical big man. he\u2019s got the skills of a point forward, with the ability to handle the ball, make plays, and even stretch the floor. Wolf\u2019s a polished, fluid player for his size, and his passing and ball-handling make him a matchup nightmare for opposing teams. He\u2019s kind of like a center version of Kyle Anderson on offense, with shades of a poor man\u2019s Nikola Jokic in his ability to run the offense from the high post.<\/p>\n
He can be a bit too flashy with his passes, leading to turnovers, and he sometimes gets tunnel vision when he\u2019s looking to make the perfect play instead of taking the easy bucket. Defensively, he\u2019s okay for his size, but his lateral quickness is limited, and he struggles against longer, more athletic players. There are real questions about who he guards at the NBA level. He\u2019s not explosive enough to be a rim protector, and he\u2019s not quick enough to switch onto guards consistently. His jumper is also a work in progress. While he\u2019s shown he can hit threes at a decent clip, his mechanics are messy, and there are concerns about how his shot will translate to the deeper NBA three-point line.<\/p>\n
