As part of our ramp-up to the upcoming year, we\u2019re asking a series of questions about the rotation and your views on its solidity. We\u2019ve covered \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blazersedge.com\/trail-blazers-discussion-game-threads\/103140\/portland-trail-blazers-roster-2025-center-yang-hansen-clingan-robert-williams\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:centers;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">centers<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blazersedge.com\/gameday-coverage\/103192\/portland-trail-blazers-roster-2025-power-forward-rankings-jerami-grant-toumani-camara\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:power forwards;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">power forwards<\/a>, and small forwards\u00a0so far. Today we move to the backcourt, looking at potential shooting guards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">For our purposes, we\u2019re going to define Portland\u2019s shooting guard rotation as primarily two players: Shaedon Sharpe and Matisse Thybulle. This is with full understanding that minor players like Blake Wesley or Caleb Love could crack the lineup, plus point guards like Jrue Holiday and Damian Lillard could serve at the two, and Rayan Rupert and Deni Avdija could always play a general wing position. The Blazers\u2019 roster is fluid and interchangeable. But if we just look at the base of Sharpe and Thybulle, assuming a couple extra players swing over, how solid is that rotation?<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being \u201cnobody suits at all at the position; it needs a complete rework\u201d and 10 being \u201cas set as you could imagine, literally stacked to the moon\u201d, how would you rate the Blazers at shooting guard? Are Shaedon and \u2018Tisse enough, with all the other players filling in? Or do they need more to be viable?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Share your rating and the reasoning in the comment section.
