Some picks depend on other draft events, and we’ve labeled those accordingly. Here is the legend:

Regular font = Mostly known, but final details are yet to be determined
Bold = Status known, with no prior-year dependencies
Italics = Depends on a previous year’s draft events.

Note: This was last updated May 12th 2025, after the NBA Draft Lottery.

2025First Round

Portland owns the 11th pick.

Second Round

The Blazers don’t own a second round pick.

2026First Round

If Portland’s pick is from #1 to #14, the Blazers own it. If it’s #15-30, then Chicago owns the pick, the Larry Nance Jr trade is completed, and Portland will officially own their 2027-28 first-round picks outright.

Second Round

Blazers may own Memphis’ second-round pick, if it lands #43-60.

2027First Round

If Portland’s pick is from #1 to #14, the Blazers own it. If it’s #15-30, Chicago owns the pick unless it already conveyed in 2026. If the Chicago pick conveys here, the Larry Nance Jr trade is completed, and Portland will officially own their 2028 first-round pick outright.

Second Round

Portland owns their second-round pick, unless it lands between #56-60, and is lower than the Pelicans’ second round pick. If both those happen (unlikely), the pick is sent to Boston.

Blazers own the Minnesota Timberwolves’ pick (unprotected).

2028First Round

Blazers may own their pick, protected for #1-14, if not conveyed to Chicago from 2026-27.
Note: If it lands #15-30, Chicago Bulls owns it. Otherwise Chicago gets Portland’s second-round pick.

Blazers may have right to swap first-round picks with Milwaukee Bucks.
Note: This swap is protected for #15-30, which means if Portland’s first-round pick is conveyed to the Bulls in this draft, the swap with the Bucks does not occur.

Second Round

The Blazers owe the Washington Wizards a 2028 second-round pick from the Deni Avdija trade. It’s unclear which pick will convey to Washington from currently-available information.

Blazers may own their pick, unless their own 2025-28 first-round picks have been #1-14. Then this pick belongs to Chicago.

Blazers own Golden State’s pick (unprotected).

2029First Round

The Blazers own two of these three picks, with the second-highest pick conveying to the Washington Wizards:

Milwaukee Bucks’ pick (unprotected).

Boston Celtics’ pick (unprotected).

Second Round

Blazers own the lower second round pick from either Indiana or Washington.

2030First Round

Blazers have right to swap first-round picks with Milwaukee Bucks.

Second Round

Blazers own the New York Knicks’ pick (unprotected).

2031First RoundSecond Round

All details here are based on currently-available information, including news reports and sites such as Fanspo, RealGM, and Pro Sports Transactions, and there may be details unavailable to the public.
