It sounds like the Knicks gave Stephen A. Smith the cold shoulder after their series clincher on Friday night.<\/p>\n
During ESPN\u2019s postgame broadcast, Smith said that the Knicks players apparently had nothing to say to him following their 119-81 Game 6 trouncing of the Celtics<\/a> because he originally picked Boston to win the series.<\/p>\n \u201cJalen Brunson came up to me and said, \u2018I have nothing to say to you,’\u201d Smith said alongside former Knicks great John Starks during the postgame broadcast. \u201cKarl-Anthony Towns said, \u2018You picked the wrong team\u2019 because I picked Boston before the series began.<\/p>\n \u201cI, like everybody else in America, changed my mind when they won Games 1 and 2 in Boston,\u201d Smith added.<\/p>\n Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks greets Stephen A.
