The New York Knicks<\/a> just beat the Utah Jazz 146-112 at home on Wednesday in a dominant wire-to-wire win that started with a monster 23-0 run, improving their record at MSG to 5-0 since losing to the Orlando Magic<\/a> on November 12.<\/p>\n

That currently stands as their lone home defeat, and at 12-1, they own the most home wins in the NBA. Only OKC at 11-0 has a better record.<\/p>\n

New York is one of three teams currently ranked in the Top 5 in both scoring offense and defense, joining the Houston Rockets and the Thunder.<\/p>\n

Orlando rolls into town as the No. 4 seed in the East, trailing the Knicks by 1.5 games.\u00a0The Magic are also coming off a 106-105 win over the Miami Heat, giving them four wins in their last five games.<\/p>\n

The Heat game marked the return of Paolo Banchero<\/a> to the lineup, and not surprisingly, it was a bit of a clunker. The Magic star, who missed 10 games with a groin injury, scored nine points and grabbed six boards in 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Orlando had run up a 7-3 record in the 10 games he missed, and integrating him into the lineup might take a while, as evidenced against Miami.<\/p>\n

That might be the small crack New York needs to get into this series, as it’s lost both games to Orlando by double digits, a combined 29 points.<\/p>\n

New York is my pick to cover, as it’s 5-0-0 against the spread in its last five at home.<\/p>\n

Jalen Brunson<\/a> is coming off a 33-point outing against Utah and has a hefty scoring line of 28.5 points on Sunday.<\/p>\n

However, he\u2019s been a scoring dynamo against Orlando, scoring 30+ points in each of the two matchups, and should be the offensive catalyst for New York again \u2014 especially if KAT can’t go with calf tightness.<\/p>\n

Franz Wagner<\/a> is on a scoring binge, scoring at least 25 points in three straight, including 32 last game against Miami.<\/p>\n

Given he\u2019s been the scoring leader in both games against the Knicks, scoring 28 at MSG and 37 at home, 22.5 is a generous scoring line.<\/p>\n
