Elizabethtown 58, Garden Spot 52 \u2014 The host Bears snapped their 4-game slide, closing the game on a rip-roaring 23-13 blitz to rally past the Spartans. Chloe Wilkinson (season-high 22 points), Elleyana Handran (season-high 14 points) and Caitlyn McCoach (season-high 11 points) showed the way for E-town, which was outscored 10-4 in the third quarter and trailed 39-35 heading into the fourth. Laina Steiner (19 points), Leah Kurtz (season-high 10 points) and Katie Hoffman (season-high 10 points) paced Garden Spot.<\/p>\n

SECTION 3<\/p>\n Lampeter-Strasburg 56, Donegal 26 \u2014 The Pioneers roared to a 20-0 first-quarter lead, were up 33-11 at the break, and then eased past the host Indians to remain atop the section hunt. Carla Mann (season-high 12 points) and Elaina Hostetter (10 points) keyed L-S; Paige Umble scored 8 points for Donegal.\u00a0<\/p>\n Manheim Central 29, Elco 18 \u2014 The Barons used a 6-0 second-quarter clip for a 16-4 lead at the half, and then opened up some breathing room with a 10-5 third-quarter spurt to remain with L-S in the lead pack. Gianna Walters scored 8 points to lead Central\u2019s balanced attack; Kenzie Eckhart scored 5 points for the host Raiders.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
NONLEAGUE<\/p>\n Octorara 52, Chichester 25 \u2014 The Braves gassed up the bus and made the trip to Boothwyn in Delaware County, and headed home with a win. Ali Matys (season-high 19 points) and Jolee Johnson (13 points) paced Octorara, which had a cozy 30-16 lead at the half, and then outscored the host Eagles 11-0 in the third quarter to seal the deal.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
