Milwaukee Bucks president Peter Feigin will be transitioning out of his role after 12 seasons, the franchise announced Monday.<\/p>\n

According to the team, Feigin will aid in the transition over the coming months, as Josh Glessing, who served as the chief of strategy and development of Haslam Sports Group, takes over as team president and begins overseeing the Bucks\u2019 business operations.<\/p>\n

\u201cServing as president of the Milwaukee Bucks has been the honor of my professional life,\u201d Feigin said in the team\u2019s release about the move. \u201cTogether with our ownership group, partners, players and an incredible staff, we built something truly special for this city and state. I am incredibly proud of what we\u2019ve accomplished and confident that the organization is in tremendous shape.\u201d<\/p>\n

Feigin served in the role since 2014 and oversaw the team\u2019s business operations as they built Fiserv Forum and the surrounding Deer District. The Bucks won the 2021 NBA championship, the franchise\u2019s first title in 50 years, in Fiserv Forum, and tens of thousands of fans filled the Deer District<\/a> on the night of Game 6 of the 2021 NBA Finals.<\/p>\n

Glessing, a Wisconsin native, spent two seasons as the interim president of business for the Columbus Crew, an MLS team owned by Haslam Sports Group. He was named to Sports Business Journal\u2019s Forty Under 40 list in 2024.<\/p>\n
