After a long while with many veterans on the team, the Miami Heat<\/a> have embraced a younger squad this season. Head coach Erik Spoelstra has implemented a run-and-gun system this season, which has been quite helpful to players like Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Pelle Larsson.<\/p>\n

Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo were once the youngsters of the Heat<\/a> roster, but now, they are considered the veterans. They are excited about playing for the Heat as the reliable veterans and leaders of this mostly young squad.<\/p>\n

Herro has full belief in his young teammates<\/p>\n

The current Heat rotation is filled to the brim with talented youngsters. Names like Jaquez, Larsson, and Nikola Jovic are some of the most promising players on the roster. They fit Spoelstra’s new vision of working hard and playing hard at a fast pace.<\/p>\n

Herro is glad and happy to play in this current iteration of the Heat. It has been a rough season for him because he missed plenty of games with an injury. Now that he has returned, the team is ecstatic about his comeback, while he is playing with more youthful players.<\/p>\n

“This team, we’re young and fun. We got energy, being on the sideline, that\u2019s one thing I noticed since this season started. I’ve seen the game through a different lens than on the court. Everyone is coachable and understanding of each other so far. It\u2019s like everyone is for each other this year; that goes a long way,” Herro said in response to a question about the current roster<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Moving forward, the Heat have a promising future with the current squad. It will be a challenging stretch, but in the long run, they could keep developing into a better team. With a good mix of experience and youth, Spoelstra has a strong team that could be even better in the long-term future.<\/p>\n
